    By accessing and using ServiceConnect Pro ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    ServiceConnect Pro is a comprehensive field service management platform that provides:

    • Job scheduling and dispatch management
    • Customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Inventory tracking and management
    • Employee management tools
    • Payment processing capabilities
    • Reporting and analytics
    • Mobile applications for field technicians

    3. User Accounts

    To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

    ServiceConnect Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data according to our data retention policy.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
